Due to Covid19, opened products are not eligible for returns. Products must stay in plastic packaging in order to be eligible. Pipes cannot be returned if they have been used due to bodily contact.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
All products, except for flowers, are eligible for returns, only if the product is left with its plastic.
Flowers: within 7 days of receiving, refunds and exchanges are allowed if flowers are dried out.
If an order has not be processed and shipped, product exchanges can be granted. However, an additional charge might be added if the exchange is greater than the subtotal of the order.
Cancellations cannot be processed if order has already be shipped.
