Edge Control – We do not accept returns on items that can be opened, altered, or applied to the skin. Returns will not be accepted for edge control.
Hair that has been opened, altered or washed – Original packaging much be in place including tags, labels, and netting.
Customer incurred shipping costs to return merchandise.
