The Blaam Fam App uniquely positions you to curate content, inspire creativity, positive vibes, and sell your products within our community. We are building a global community where people can sell, create, connect, share and discover the world around them. As we grow, we are committed to asserting a supportive environment for everyone. Our

Community Guidelines define a set of common code of conduct for the Blaam Fam app. They provide guidance of do’s and don’ts and how to keep everyone safe and keep peace within the community.

Here at Blaam Fam we prioritize safety, diversity, inclusion, authenticity and encourage creators to show and sell their craft, while viewers engage in what inspires them and shop with creators they love. We have built an app that positions change to the entire

landscape of online sales throughout social media. We want this to be a place where people feel empowered and allow everyone to express themselves freely.

Blaam Fam will be updating our Community Guidelines periodically due to evolving behaviors and new risks. This will be done to ensure our commitment in keeping the community safe for inspiration, creativity, connections, and promotion.

Community Guidelines

These Community Guidelines apply to everyone including content, comments, sounds, and merchandise that is sold within this app.

Each section gives an outline of what is and isn’t allowed in full detail. We will remove any content – including videos, audio, livestream, images, comments and text that violates any Community Guidelines. Once a guideline is broken, you will be notified on which guideline was broken and what our decision will be. If you believe no violation has occurred you can appeal at any time.

Consequences

We will take action when we see someone violating these guidelines. Sometimes that just means giving someone a warning; other times it means revoking certain privileges or accounts entirely. When warranted, we will report anything shared within the app to

relevant legal authorities if content, comments, or merchandise violates any legal laws.

Spam

Spam is any kind of unwanted, unsolicited digital communication that gets sent out in bulk. It can sometimes spread through clicking on bad links or installing malicious software. On other occasions, scammers gain access to people’s accounts, which are then used to send out spam. Spam also involves contacting people with unwanted content or requests. This includes sending bulk messages, excessively posting links or images to people’s comments.

How to keep your page secure

• If someone that you follow or is following you is posting something on your page that you think is spam, you should unfollow, block, and report the account.

• If you clicked on something that turned out to be spam or your account is creating unwanted posts, events, groups or pages we recommend changing your password.

Report spam to us

• If you come across spam, report it to us and by doing so, you’ll be playing an important role in helping us protect other people from scams.

Security

We prohibit any activities that undermine the security and reliability of the services provided by this app.

• Do not hack the website, app, or anything that is associated with the network, or bypass its measure to restrict user access.

• Do not modify, adapt, translate, reverse, engineer, disassemble, decompile, or create any product based on this app.

Privacy

We are very committed to protecting your personal information and making sure that you have the freedom to be yourself and choose how and when to share with the community.

Doxing

To search and publish private or identifying information about a particular individual or organization on the internet, typically with malicious intent. This includes;

• Releasing personal photos of an individual.

• Posting an individual’s phone number or address on the internet.

• Releasing information about an individual’s family, place of employment, or other private documents.

• Encouraging others to use released information to harass an individual.

Hate Speech

• Posing prejudice or racist comments, merchandise, and content. Which also includes instant messages.

• This includes picture or video (gif), or sounds.

• Racial Slurs

• Attacks on race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, disability or religion

Nudity or Sexual Activities

• Footage, audio, or imagery involving sexual acts

• Content that depicts, solicits, promotes, normalizes or glorifies non-consensual sexual acts or touching, including rape and sexual assault or sexual violence.

• Sharing of non-consensual intimate imagery, including sexual images that are taken, created, or shared without consent.

• Content that depicts exposed human genitalia, female nipples or areola, or sexually explicit language for sexual gratification

Misinformation

• False news, manipulated media or anything that is inaccurate or false

• Medical misinformation that can cause harm to an individual or community physical health.

• Political misinformation that misleads the community about elections or other civic processes.

• Conspiracy Theories

• Digital Forgeries (the action of forging or producing digital content. Which includes document, signature, videos, or work of art)

Harassment and Bullying

• Content that threatens or attacks individuals or organizations.

• Content that targets an individual with prolonged or malicious insults based race, nationality, ethnicity, sexual orientation, gender, disability or religion.

• Content that wishes death, serious disease, or other serious harm on an individual or organizations.

If specific threats are made against you and makes you feel unsafe, report it directly to your local law enforcement.

Violence or Graphic Content/Criminal Activity or Behaviors

We do not allow anyone to use this platform to threaten, incite violence, or to promote dangerous activities, individuals or organizations. We take a firm stance against enabling violence on or off this platform.

• Suicide

• Self-harm or harm to others

• Dangerous acts

• Anything that can incite hate, violence, or induces panic

• Firearms

• Inciting others to carry out violent acts against individuals, animals, organizations or a defined group of people.

• Fights involving minors.

• Footage, audio, or imagery involving deliberate or accidental cause of death, terrorist attack aftermath, torture, corpses, medical procedures, or mutilation to humans or animals.

Copyright Infringement

Copyright is the exclusive legal right, given to an originator or an assignee to print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material, and to authorize others to do the same. Anything that infringes or violates the creator’s copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
