We work to ship out orders the same business day or the next business day after the order has been placed. For holidays, weekends, and during physical inventory audits, we may take up to 3 business days to ship orders from our warehouse.
1. Tracking for your order is emailed once your order is shipped. if the item is in stock, this tracking can be avaible within 24hrs. If the item is not in stock, please allow 3-5 days for processing and tracking information.
2. If your tracking shows that your package has not been delivered and there seems to be an unexplained delay in the delivery of your package, please feel free to contact us and we would be happy to help you.
3. We are not responsible for lost, mis-delivered, or stolen packages, or packages that were sent to an incorrect address that was entered in at checkout that the customer failed to correct. If your tracking shows that your package was delivered, please contact or feel free to file a claim with the appropriate delivery service.
Due to some delays with USPS sometimes your item will show pre-shipment status for a few days if USPS is delayed but please rest assure your package will update as soon as possible. We do monitor all orders shipped so we are also aware when you have not recieved your items
